This spacious retreat features three bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms, and a once weekly cleaning service is included. All bedrooms are to be found downstairs with bedroom 3 having a separate entrance. Two bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning, while the rest of the house has ceiling fans to keep you comfortable throughout the year.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house, and the manager is available for any questions or concerns. Enjoy the convenience of being only a 10-minute drive from Hoedspruit town centre, where you’ll find a variety of shops, services cafes, and restaurants. A breakages deposit is required for your peace of mind.

This is a residential Estate in a wildlife area and residents choose to live here because of the tranquillity in a natural setting that the Estate offers.
Please be respectful of the residents, both human and animal, at all times.
- No smoking inside the residence. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided in the backyard of the property.
- No parties or events. No noise – this is a wildlife estate and guests are requested to respect the no loud or raucous noise policy.
- No unregistered guests or visitors allowed.
- No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room.
- Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin.
- No pets allowed.
- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.
- Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages and/or Estate fines which are for guest account and/or which exceed any security deposit amount must be paid by guests, prior to check out.
- Please adhere to the Estate rules.
- No speeding – 40kph on tar & 20kph on gravel. There are cameras and guests will be liable for any speeding fines issued during their stay.
- No feeding, approaching or catching animals
- No walking on roads & public areas at night – large predators do occur on the Estate periodically
- No collecting of firewood
- No fires except in braai facilities
- Cover unattended fires
